Our boat comes back to anchor near the river mouth at the south end of Long Beach, the same spot as yesterday. When everything is ready, it's the time of teamwork.

All the crew included Ko Moe..the captain and Chan Nyein..the cook, gather at the dive deck to move two kayaks into the water.

It seems to be a simple task but it will be more time consuming and quite difficult if you don't know how to do it properly. No one is more important than others. Everyone knows their position and contribution, to coordinate, to refer and to take action. 

เหมือนจะเป็นงานธรรมดาๆ ง่ายๆ แต่ถ้าไม่รู้วิธี ไม่รู้จังหวะกัน ก็คงจะยากและเสียเวลากว่านี้ ไม่มีใครสำคัญกว่าใคร ทุกคนรู้ตำแหน่งและหน้าที่ของตนเอง สอดประสาน ส่งต่อและรับช่วงอย่างลงตัว
